Tell us a bit about yourself:
What are you passionate about in life, and who are you professionally?

Hi! I’m Isabella Giacometti, Interior Architect, Evolutionary Feng Shui Consultant, and RAH Colour Consultant.
In my work, I’ve combined various approaches to design, making it what could be described as “holistic.”
For me, colour holds not only psychological and emotional significance but also an energetic one (connected to the perspective of Evolutionary Feng Shui).
I believe spaces reflect who we are and should support our personal growth and evolution. At the same time, they mirror our blocks and past traumas, which is why I often read people through their homes or offices to help them restore balance in their lives.
Colour plays a significant role in this process, interacting with our emotional memories and energy. As quantum physics has demonstrated in recent years, everything in existence, including ourselves, is made of energy and emits frequencies.
I’ve always been a curious and creative person, and nature is where I feel most like myself. I love trekking with my two beloved dogs, and visiting historic homes, museums, and art exhibitions. I’m passionate about travelling, learning about new cultures, and exploring anything that enriches me, be it design, art, wine, events, and more.

What does colour mean to you, and how did you use it before discovering the RAH method?

Colour has always been important to me. I remember that even as a child, I collected markers, coloured pens, and pencils, and I loved drawing! Before discovering the RAH test, I saw colour as having an aesthetic value, but I couldn’t explain why I made certain choices for myself or my clients. This sometimes led to indecision when presenting ideas, as I wasn’t sure whether the colours I included in projects or concepts aligned with others’ preferences or were simply my own.

"The client feels more confident in their choices, guided by me throughout the process because they have a full understanding of their origins."

Quale valore intendi offrire ai tuoi clienti attraverso il tuo lavoro?

I start with the principle that our environment has a significant impact on our well-being.
Scientific studies show that, according to the “wellness wheel” of the WELL protocol (2017), 48% of our well-being is influenced by environmental and social factors. What does this mean? The people we surround ourselves with and the spaces we live in can significantly affect our physical and mental health.
The goal of my work is to deeply understand the client’s needs (both conscious and unconscious) and ensure that their surroundings align perfectly with them, while also improving their quality of life.

Finally, your personal thoughts: what hopes do you have for the future of your field?

I hope everyone works on themselves to the point of becoming fully aware of what makes them feel good or not. More importantly, I hope they surround themselves with the colours and people that make them feel free and at home, whether it’s in their home, workspace, car, clothing, or makeup.
Feeling free to be yourself and being supported by what surrounds you can truly make a difference in the quality of your life.
When I started working as a holistic designer, I often felt misunderstood and different. I still feel different, but thanks to the community created by the RAH world, I’ve embraced being different in my vision, alongside many others who share and believe in it.
I hope everyone has the same fortune to feel included in a different and evolving perspective.
And of course… to live in the home of their dreams!

How has the RAH method transformed your approach to design?

Now, I’m much more confident when proposing colour choices for a project, event, or product. I’ve combined my research into the energetic aspect of colour with its emotional dimension. This awareness has opened my perspective to the full subjectivity of choices, starting with colour and extending to other fields. It has greatly helped me adopt a more open mindset and detach from personal judgment.
Each person is unique and special, and through my work, I aim to enhance that uniqueness.
I’m more certain about the proposals I make because I know they are the right ones for the client, offering them benefits and well-being (and for me, the well-being of the person, in harmony with their environment, always comes first).
At the same time, clients feel more confident in the decisions they make, as I guide them through a process that gives them full awareness of the origins of these choices.
